The Web is opening so many doors for indie music. There are so many useful tools for artist to self-publish and promote their content. But when the content is music, I have felt that something was missing in the way of community driven content promotion. Only until I came across TheSixtyOne.

How about some police brutality?
The journalist commentating on this one appears to justify the heavy handedness of the police on the women lifting her bike towards them. Maybe I’m missing something, but I hardly think these big boy cops should feel even slightly intimidated by a woman half their size kicking her bike up in frustration when she is being pushed in different directions by these bullies.
Maybe I’m missing something, in which case you’ll have to let me know in the comments.
If you are an American cop – don’t feel singled out. Here in the UK it’s just as bad…
