Yeah, all MP's and politicians are PR-driven arseholes, that is without doubt. However, have you ever tried to obtain benefits or support in any countries that you were not entitled to be in? Could you imagine going to Iraq, Pakistan or India and demanding a house, money and Christian worshipping sites to be built? Yes, it should be different in the EU, though Polish workers have been able to work in Britain without any qualifications, paperwork or experience because they shall work for less than the legally binding national minimum wage, thus pushing the British worker to the side-this I have witnessed with my own eyes in the construction industry. And regarding 'our' colonisation of the world; England colonised the world, not Scotland, Wales or Ireland. Let England pay for their previous woes, asylum has crippled this country, with very little of it genuine claims as lawyers know how to play the British legal system, which can also leave the person claiming asylum 'stuck' in the appeal system for over a year, costing the British taxpayer a fortune whilst padding the back pocket of the parasite lawyer. This country is a disgrace, and shall never, ever recover to be able to consider itself 'Great' ever again. I do not think that Mr Griffin would have the answers to restore this, though I do commend him for having the bollocks to say what a large proportion of the country already thinks. We need a points system for entry, we cannot keep on offering homes and money to foreign families with many dependants and we must have a stronger system for recording whom is actually here.

PR? Valid points?

His valid points are all PR! The guy is a hard liner and would have Britain closed to any outside culture. No place in politics or in society for such scum.

Remember this...

Brits are free to go live and work anywhere in the EU, just as much as other members come do likewise here, and a lot do!

As for the former colonies.... The Brits went over there to extract their riches, make a mess of the place and rape their women long before. Wouldn't you be exercising your right to go over to the country that did that to you and claim a little benefit?

mr griffin....i find his wierd eye captivating...i had to watch the question time show a few times in order to keep my attention on his eye.

personally, i found the way in which he was verbally assaulted to be completely disgusting. he was invited onto this show, why was almost every question directed at him, and his answered ridiculed and demonised? is this not a free-thinking democratic nation? i thought his point to mr straw regarding his father was very interesting.

now, dont get me wrong, i think mr griffins mistake has been to come across as a racist-what i do think he is correct about is the state of the country and the requirement for change. look at australia-points system. if you dont have enough money in the bank and can offer the country as skill that it currently needs, which results in appropriate points, you dont get in...end of.

britain on the other hand has become a free ride state for all, with the government not even sure who is here and what they are doing. the effect of the system, with benefits, homes and assistance for all (even cash for the polish for their alleged children back home, which is not even checked by the way!) has fucked this country beyond repair.

so, whilst mr griffin has fucked up his pr campaign beyone repair, some of his points are valid.

now this should kick up a bit of shit....i look forward to it!!!
