Dave who?

Since a very young age Dave felt the need to be different.

Early on (and again more recently), his rebelling came in the form of a series of very unfortunate hair cuts. They did not catch on as he had hoped.

But fear not… Dave is a rebel, not a trend setter.

As a teenager he was recruited as a freedom fighter by an international guerrilla force, tasked with preventing an evil organisation using intelligent robots who want to use us as batteries from enslaving the whole human race.

Ordinary people never heard anything of this plot or his adventures. The evil organisation using intelligent robots who want to use us as batteries - who control mainstream media – covered the whole thing up.

The battle against the intelligent robots who want to use us as batteries was won, but it was only the beginning. The evil organisation’s web span further than Dave could ever imagine… The enemy was an intergalactic evil empire, invading planets all over our galaxy to take control of their natural resources and brainwash their inhabitants with mindless reality TV garbage.

Before the threat could be eliminated at home, it was necessary to rescue the planet Namek from the clutches of the intergalactic evil empire.

So off went Dave, with his freedom squad, to liberate the people of Namek,  one thousand light years from earth. Taking a right after Pluto then heading straight until he saw a planet that looks remarkably like earth, only the grass is blue and the sky is green – that’s Namek.

A bloody battle ensued and after many twists and turns the freedom squad was victorious. The people of Namek celebrated with a huge party. Dave was awarded the freedom of Namek and that day was from that day named “Dave Day” – the day in which the people of Namek celebrate their freedom.

This was all a bit embarrassing for Dave, who is quite laid back and doesn’t like a lot of fuss. Truth be told, he was becoming quite bored with all the freedom fighter stuff.

Turned out being an interplanetary warrior was not all it was cracked up to be…

So he returned to earth and set about a normal life…

Well, as normal as dignity will allow. When evil still lurks, you have to rEBEL.
